The hotel is clean, receptionist are friendly, but they didn't change the bedsheet everyday. Unfortunately..I need to sleep on the same sheet that has my bloodstain from my period for 3 nights. But anything else is fine.

Basic hotel but comfortable not faraway from the airport. In case you want an hotel not expensive this is good because is simple but clean. You can arrive easily by bus to the center of Madrid in 20 minutes. The breakfast is not included and it's not so

Excellent customer service... breakfast brilliant and supplied gluten free items! Rooms clean and adequate size Great bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to the city centre by public transport.

Friendly service. They were always attentive to our needs. They also accept pets and made sure we were all comfortable. They also have a 24 hr bar and snack service, which was nice to have.
